Fit me very oddly. The metal slats on either side went up way too far to be comfortable. Didn't ever wear.

I have purchased several of these posture connectors but this one bar far has been the BEST one. It’s very comfortable to wear for long hours, keeps you from slouching while sitting or standing. Good quality material, fits perfect and I’m a petite woman. You can adjust it to fit any size.

I’ve never used a product like this and did not have high hopes for it, but surprising to me, it works very well! I’ve started taking meditation classes and we are supposed to sit cross-legged on the floor with our back straight. Because of a lifetime of bad posture, I have not been able to do this without my back hurting badly. I always wind up hunched over to ease the pain. The moment I put this on, I knew it was going to help. When you adjust the straps, it pulls your shoulders back and helps keep your back aligned correctly. I used the measurement guide in the photos and I was right on the cusp between a medium and large. I’m glad I went with a medium. Large would have been too big.

Great product! i should’ve ordered a size up but other than that it actually does help with posture. you would have to wear it a lot to fix bad posture.
