Beautiful but runs super small

It was absolutely beautiful. It didn’t fit. It was for my sister, who is a smal -medium. I ordered an XL, which was too small. I had to re-order an XXL to fit.

Chinese top -- way too small
I ordered this top to wear to a festival celebrating China. I ordered XL even tho I wear a Medium. The package took weeks to arrive as it actually came from China. I could NOT even get my arms in the sleeves. It might fit a 10 year old. Very disappointed!
