It's hard for someone with celiac disease to find instant noodles! These are very tasty, gluten free, and cook quickly so I'm not taking up the microwave too long at work. I always use chicken broth instead of water, so I don't usually use the entire flavor packet since the broth has salt already. The mild spice is perfect for me. I like their veggie flavor, too!

New favorite. If you like slight spice but not a ton, don't add the oil. Overall, great taste, low spice/heat unless you add the oil. Microwave makes it simple and fast to make. Sodium is not as bad as some other soups.
