Q: Has anyone gotten Heat damage from this product ? I have kinky hair and the directions say go to 465 I was wandering if anyone has gone that high

Yes I have curly hair and put it at 465 and it left my hair very sleek I definitely recommend it the heat is adjustable

Q: Does this heat on both the outside and inside to achieve long last curls?

The outside heats up, but not nearly enough to produce curls in my experience.
