I had been going through a period of high stress that evolved into constant debilitating anxiety attacks that turned into severe depression. I experienced severe mood swings and my brain was not functioning properly, meaning my mind was foggy, I could not focus or keep a train of thought and normal problem-solving became overwhelming leading to more anxiety and depression. Stress, anxiety and depression had taken over my life and turned it upside down. This product was recommended to me by way of several primary physicians. I have now been taking just 1 Cortibol capsule per day instead of the 2 recommended for approximately 3 weeks consistently now and what a difference this supplement has made on my mood, my ability to function physically and mentally. I have not had an anxiety attack since I started taking this supplement and as a result of no anxiety, I have also experienced little to no depression. I have not yet experienced the sleep or weight loss benefits, but my main reasons for purchasing this product have been satisfied and I will continue to take it because it works.

First off I paid regular Amazon price.... I first ordered this because last year my dr did labs & said my cortisol level was as high as a fire fighter, surgeon & other super high stress lifestyles. I guess because I'm a stay at home mom of young kids! So last year I started a cortisol control from a local nutritionist & a month later found out I was pregnant with my fourth child. She was born 9 weeks ago : ) a few days before she was born I ordered Cortibol mostly because of the lower price & began taking it 1 week after my daughter was born along with a multi vitamin, b complex, and vitamin d. During that time I could function good all day/night off 4-6 hours of sleep. I even started working out at 6 weeks post partum. Fast forward to a week ago when I ran out of Cortibol. I wasn't actually sure if it wAs doing anything so I didn't order more. 5 days went by without taking it & boy did I get hit by the fatigue bus HARD! 6 days without....nasty tired & sluggish! 7 days, forget it, I ordered more Cortibol & I gotta say, it doesn't really contribute directly to my weight loss but it makes me feel good every day so I can function better to be more active & eat really healthy!

This has definitely help manage my stress

I've been using this product for many months now and I can tell I am more balanced and have more energy. It also seems to help potentiate other medicines I take for motivation. I've tried other similar types when this one was out of stocm and none of them compare to this supplement.

If it works for you great, I unfortunately felt horrible after taking it and my stomach was so bloated. Cannot get a refund...so in the garbage it goes!!!

Makes me poop. Otherwise, take some Metamucil for the same effect.

I have been trying to find something to help me with my mood and just overall feeling. These have been a complete game changer for me. I love them and I will order more next month.
