I love this product so much. It’s great for anything you want to spice up. I use it on a variety of oriental dishes and anything else. It’s hot but not so hot you can’t eat it and you still taste the other food flavors in your dish. Also because it’s flaked, you can use as much or as little as you want. I highly recommend.

These chili flakes were amazing in my homemade chili oil. I have also used in Chili Crisp recipes. The spices are fresh and nicely packaged

I was hoping for flakes but this is about 80% ground and the rest is fairly small flakes. The product is very fresh but not sure if I can use it for it's intended purpose. It looks and smells like a quality product and I will no doubt find a use for it.
