Not bad. At first glance it looks good. But when you take a closer look you can see that the manufacturer uses REALLY CHEAP parts to make the shift knob. But my passengers don't notice so I don't mind. If you are picky and you have expensive taste then DO NOT buy this knob. Go directly to lexus. Looks good and seems to be good quality material. About the same weight as one one. Pretty identical in size. When I first received, the leather had a puncture and it felt loose so I tried to return and buyer sent me a brand new one free of charge and I decided to keep it. Just make sure you don’t over tighten!

This was an almost perfect match to the factory cherry wood in my 2008 Lexus Es350, It took less than a minute to install. Had it in for a couple of months now, seems good quality.

Looks and feels good. Fitted perfectly in lexus Ls460. The old one was sticky and the color had faded from cherry red to yellowish since 2008. This part made the interior look back to oem. Color is matching the interior perfectly definitely recommend it.
