Q: Is it ok to cut in to the pan?

probably not. no metal pan is made for a sharp knife. but gently cutting and removing the cake will work.

Q: Is the price for 2 9 inch square pans or just one?

The order page (at the link that you provided), is for one (1) pan. If you want two (2) pans, then check 2 for the quantity before you add the item to your cart. At that point, the price will be double.

Q: Can this pan be washed in the dish washer?

I do not know as I never was anything like baking pans/sheets in dishwasher for fear of rusting corners and may worp. Easy to clean and if not, a short soak will do the trick. Love this pan with the sharp corners!
