The ProStretch Plus is a little longer and is adjustable for the depth of stretch. The ProStretch Plus comes with a toe lift and a back heel rest for advanced & customizable stretching.

Q: Can the ProStretch Plus be used without the toe piece?

Yes - We recommend everyone to use the device without the toe piece until they become acquainted with the calf stretcher and develop more flexibility.

Q: Do I need to use the ProStretch Plus while wearing shoes? Can I just wear socks?

The ProStretch Plus should be used while wearing shoes with a supportive, rubber sole.

Q: What if my foot hangs off the ProStretch Plus?

ProStretch Plus is intended for shoe sizes 14 or below. However, if your foot hangs off, that's absolutely fine if you don't use the toe piece. You are still able to obtain full use of the calf stretcher even if it may look a little funny.
