Great piece of equipment for transfers!
The Sara Stedy is so very helpful to assist caregivers in transferring a non-ambulatory patient or loved one from a wheelchair to a bed, shower chair, etc. It is a solid, well made piece of equipment that rolls easily but also has brakes for safety. The Sara Stedy is very easy to use as long as the patient can pull themselves up into a standing position. No regrets for this purchase and MedMart is a great company to use to buy any of your medical needs because they truly care about their customers.

ArjoHuntleigh Sara Stedy
I’m surprised the item is assembled. Made my purchase better. So far, everything looks great. Is functioning. Worth the money. I asked Kaiser physical therapists where they recommend buying a Sara Steady and they all said Amazon for around 3300. Great value. We need it desperately

Very Helpful
These are very helpful in helping somebody through rehab at home. The acute rehab center we were at used them all the time. They are pricey for home use but invaluable if you need it to help a loved one.

Excellent!
Worth the price! The Sara steady was delivered fully assembled on a pallet and on time. All we had to do was take the box off and cut off some ties. The device works exactly like the one we used at the rehab facility. The wheels don’t work quite as well on carpet which makes it more difficult to move and lock the wheels. Please keep this in mind when you envision how you’d use this in your home. Standing and transfers feel so much easier and safer now that we have the device and we highly recommend it!

A must if you have to move someone that can barely stand
This is well worth the money! When my wife was in the hospital they used this to get her back and forth from her bed to the bathroom. My wife can barely stand on her own so just grabs the bar and pulls herself up a little and the little paddles on the back flip down to hold her in place. There is a little knee pad to rest your knees on so very comfortable. I have a hoyer lift too and use the way more. Very sturdy and moves around so easy! I can't say enough about how much I love this piece of equipment!

The item was damaged and incomplete.
It is clear that this item was previously returned damaged and then reshipped to me. Given the obvious damage to the item, sending it to me verges on fraud. Also, the item was picked up at my address two weeks ago, but the pickup is not shown on the returns page.

The most ingenious way to move people
Initally saw this used at hospital and glad I did. Whoever invented this is a genius! This saves my disabled husbands back and neck from physical transfers and saves the caregivers back, neck and sholders. This makes it easy for any older person to transfer a disabled person. The aids change his pants while he sits and then stands and sits in this. The personal trainer left him in this to do mild exercsie of arms. Trainer says it helps exercise his torso by just sitting in this. Although it was just meant for easy transfer. It is the best and seems very safe for all concerned. Disabled person must be able to pull self up to somewhat standing position using arms. Had some initial trouble with delivery where I was told it was delivered and it wasn't. Told delivery was attempted and it wasn't. Happy I finally got it! Get it if you can afford it. Worth every penny and more!

1 month and part broke
It is a Great piece to assist with patients with limited movement. Works Great with getting patients up. Had it a month and plastic piece underneath had broke. This piece is connected to the 2 levers that move the rolling legs/arms outward or inward. Needs to be a little more stout for moving parts underneath.
