This is a great device for golf swing repetition. I use it in the morning after stretching which helps wake up the muscles. I use it at night after some basic quick exercises which helps me stretch out and relax. It’s a nice device that helps with golf grip & tempo as well.

Not only is this thing great for warming up, but it's also a great teaching tool for your golf swing imo, as the heavy off-center weight seems to exaggerate and expose the flaws in your swing. Great purchase!

I mostly got this to get muscle memory for a good grip position, less for the swinging purpose. However, it is nice to be able to take full swings indoors. There is a removable weight but im not sure what to do with it. Came with zero instructions, which is my only real fault with this thing. However, it's cheaper than similar buying options for seemingly the same item so oh well.

I had a lesson with a PGA certified instructor and he had us use one of these. This is well constructed and solid. I get it out every time I practice. Some day I'll be good, I swear!
