The book is full of low quality food. Food for people who only eat takeaway apparently. If you are being careful about what you eat, you won't be eating pork pies, pasties and fish & chips! There's little in there that I would ever want to eat so a waste of money really. The comparative tables are good though.

This is a great book to have around to track your carbs, calories, fat and protein ... this is a British publication so there are a few strange entries but it is fun to track
