Hopeless magnet, I was devastated assuming it would solve my issues, i didn't open the product for long, the joints are very weak too, they don't hold the same position of the phone when your driving on an uneven surface and after testing it now, magnet is too weak, does not hold the phone for long, phone keeps slipping down. Too overrated item does not deserve more than 1 star rating. Unfortunately i cannot replace it. Over all not a good product for being priced at Rs.499

Great product for phone holding in car, suction is good but 4 stars for weak magnet if using iPhone directly. But with MagSafe case, it works perfect. Mag ring also included which works with very strong hold for other phone.

These things are rubbish it only works on glas and with heat they fall off, I ended up having to buy a new phone due to it falling and crki g the screen.
