毎日の体重の計測に利用しています。体脂肪率や筋肉量の数値が正しいのかは正直わかりません。測り方や体調によって、時折、外れ値が出ることがありますが、正確性は高いようで、一週間や一ヶ月単位の中長期期間で見ると、数字の推移は安定しているように思います。ですから、相対的な数値の比較にはとても役に立つと思います。お値段が高いだけあって、欲しい機能は揃っている感じです。Bluetoothでスマートフォンと連携できる点も便利でした。

トレーニングと健康のために購入して毎日計測するようになりました。精度が悪いというレビューもありますが、そもそも体脂肪率は体内水分量によって変動するため±2%程度は誤差の範囲。毎日計測して上昇傾向なのか下降傾向なのかを把握して体調管理をするためには必要十分です。アプリも使いやすく見やすいので重宝しています。

補正しない！ピュアな体組成計
オムロンで24%前後、タニタで14%前後と出ていた私の体脂肪率ですが、あまりにも現実と乖離しているように感じられたため、こちらを購入。オムロンやタニタの体組成計は独自のデータから年齢と性別による補正を行います。そのため、平均的なデータから離れた計測結果が得られた場合でも、年齢や性別からきわめて平均的なデータにされてしまう傾向があります。オムロンはいかにも同年齢の男性らしく、タニタはいかにもアスリートらしい体脂肪率です。そしてどちらも大間違いです。その点こちらの商品は、入力データは身長だけ。年齢や性別による補正を行わないことが特徴です。私の体脂肪率は17%前後で落ち着いています。おそらくは最も正確なところでしょう。オムロンやタニタのように、年齢と性別からデータを推測し補正を行うシステムは本来正確性を期したものなのでしょうが、皮肉なことに、何もしないピュアな体組成計の方がずっと正確なのです。inBodyはジムなどに設置される業務用の大型体組成計で知られていますが、そちらも一切の補正を行わないピュアなもの。そしてメーカーの説明によると、こちらの家庭用体組成計は、業務用との誤差はおおむね1%以内だそうです。補正盛り盛りの他社製よりも、本製品を強くお薦めします。

Good scale, mobile app could be better, no segmented body info results :(
While the scale is good and quick (around 5 secs), there are a few things that didnt make me 100% happy after I got it. It is true that the scale only lets you config one profile, but the way you use it is:Start it, start your mobile app, start the measurement from the app, ride it and thats it. The scale will autoconfigure for the person who connected, and the results upload inmediately to the app. This is good, I like it.Problem is, the other inbody products (fair to say, professional products) gives you a very good and detail report. This mobile app only gives you overall info, and not segmented parts of your body, which Im pretty sure it can measure and display. If the added that it would be great, as the main reason of having a scale like this at home is to have segmented data aswell. Luckily they have to only upgrade the mobile app, but Im not sure if they will do. Until then, you might probably preffer to buy a Tanita or Osrom scale to have that info.
