I’ve been very pleased with this Mouthology 10% Nanohydroxyapatite toothpaste. It feels like a well-formulated, high-quality product, especially for anyone looking for a fluoride-free option. The texture is smooth, it foams gently without being harsh, and it leaves the mouth feeling clean and fresh without irritation. It’s particularly good for sensitive teeth — I’ve found it comfortable to use daily, with no stinging or discomfort. The inclusion of nanohydroxyapatite and xylitol gives confidence that it supports enamel care and oral hygiene, while the SLS-free formula is a big plus for sensitive gums. The whitening effect is subtle but noticeable over time, giving teeth a cleaner, brighter appearance rather than an artificial white. Very good product. Nice flavour (mint) and nice consistency as well. It's a premium product and comparable to X-Pur but a little bit firmer. I tried another nanohydroxyapatite product that I did not like as much as this one. I think the price is a tad bit high but the product is good.

My teeth were very sensitive to hot and cold, they even hurt to brush sometimes. My dentist prescribed a fluoride paste to apply and leave on my teeth overnight, a month of daily use there was no change. I did not like the idea of using fluoride, especially that much so I went searching for a fluoride free alternative and found Mouthology. Half way through the first tube I noticed a significant decrease in sensitivity. I just started my second tube and am happy to report I no longer have pain when brushing and my sensitivity to heat and cold are almost completely gone. As a toothpaste it works great, taste is pleasant and it is easy to use. It is a little pricier than a regular fluoride toothpaste but works so much better at restoring and strengthening tooth enamel than anything I’ve tried….even the expensive fluoride paste prescribed by my dentist.
