The bikes are nice ! The packaging was exceptional ! The box , the bubble wrap , all ensured the bike and parts were in perfect condition !

I have not been on the bike yet-do not know yet on how it rides-scanned the video and it is poor on instruction and incorrect pertaining to the bracket on for the tire shield and the basket support-the front tire does not move in one spot-it is at the bike shop being hopefully corrected-also asked for a new kick stand as this one was hard to move-that will add $100 to the price-also it is heavy-however I do understand that is a reasonable priced bike-very nice in appearance-the bike shop did say that most people bring theirs in in the box and have them have them assemble it-i would like to return it but don't have the box any longer-it is a big bike but still small-i am 5'6 and it simply is too short-extended the seat as far as it would go

This bike is super cute and a great ride. It was easy to put together- took about an hour and 1/2. Came with all the goodies, like the basket/ bike lock and a great bag holder on the back. The blue color is so pretty! Great price and fast delivery! I received in just a few days.

1 Star – Unsafe and Terrible Customer Service We received this bike as a Christmas gift. After assembling it, we discovered the bike is extremely unstable. It wobbles constantly while riding and feels unsafe to use. This is clearly a defective product. To make matters worse, customer service was completely unhelpful. They expect us to pay for a box and return shipping, even though the bike is defective—and we had already gotten rid of the box like most people do after Christmas. It’s unreasonable to make customers pay to return a faulty product. Poor quality bike and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone.

I bought this bike for my sister to take places and ride. The assembly instructions were blurry and not very easy to follow, yet my son was able to put it together just because he's done it before. The bike itself is a beautiful blue, the seat and handlebars are some kind of faux leather- nice and soft, and the padded seat is comfortable. Upon taking it for a test ride, everything works well, brakes/gears, and it even came with reflectors and a little bell. We couldn't get the basket installed because the screws that came with it, were not the right kind. This bike is nice and cute but definitely NOT for the cycling enthusiast, or for long distances- it sort of feels lightweight and cheap. (Honest opinion)
