Good hold not tacky and doesn’t flake. I use it to help keep hair from being frizzy when I do box braids on my daughter’s hair.

This product works so well on my daughter’s hair. I use it periodically depending on my hair stage. However, the quality and qaunity can’t be beat. I always purchase it from here.

Of course, I want to start off by saying that I love the product overall. It really is worth the buy and everything because I have very kinky textured hair and it helps with my braiding etc. It does smell like you would expect for gel to smell, but overall it smells good. However when I looked at the comments about the portion missing, I was hesitated, but desperate because their was no hair stores in my area to buy it from. The "missing glob" misshape did happen to me. I do think it's the manufacturing because the hole didn't show any indication of human activity (fingers) in my gel, so I'm going to still use it because I can't rely on leave in or curling moose forever.

I used this gel to smooth my edges and give my natural curl pattern that extra bounce

The gel is so good and really makes the hair slick when braiding i recommend for new braiders!
