Exceeds expectations
I live in a 2 story house and my lower level of the house gets really dusty and the floors get covered in a thin layer of dirt. I realized that dirt was coming in from the bottom of the front door. There was a gap that would get a tiny draft and dust would come into my house. I was also having ant issues during the summer when the LA heat was insane, and ants would somehow be able to crawl through the tiny gap of the door. These two issues were driving me insane and I needed a cheap solution asap. This door sweep is PERFECT. My floors aren't as dusty, and the ants cannot penetrate the bristles of the sweep. I also love that when the door opens and dust does come in, the door sweep acts as a broom and pushes dirty right back out. I also have cats so it also helps sweep cat hairs that are around the front door where my pets like to hang out. It's easy to remove the cat hair too which is nice. It also keeps my house warmer during the winter time so cold air isn't coming in from the front door. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is slightly interested in getting this product and has any doubts. This is the worth every damn penny I spent. It's high quality, easy to install. and exceeds my expectations.

Keep those Bugs Out
We added this to the top and bottom of our security door and what a difference. Bugs had been attracted in because of the gap at the top and bottom- now they're stimied, even mosquitos, which we get occassionally, are no longer just flying in. Love being able to leave the front wood door open for the fresh air.

Works great, one little issue.
We have an area rug and other rubber sweeps would catch and make the door SO HARD to open and close. This works great and is far easier to open and close the door. It still is stiff but so much better. The only complaint is that after a week of opening and closing the door the sweep started to slide out of the channel in the aluminum bracket. I had to take a hammer and tap the ends to create a stop that would not allow the brush to slide out. Other than that it does work well, very happy.

Easy to install and it works great
I specify Pemko products in my line of work, so it made sense to use it for my own home. Easy to install and it works great. Keeps the drafts, bugs and whatever you don't want out of the house. We live along a windy street, so it blows hard and we use to find bugs, leaves, etc get blown in under the door. You have to cut to fit if your door is a little under 36" wide. Easy enough if you have a hack saw or jigsaw. If you have a crimper, you can crimp the metal ends of the nylon brush to ensure the bristles do not unravel and fall out. Otherwise some Gorilla glue or a generous amount of sealant or super glue will do the same but will not be as permanent a solution. I have since bought two more and will be installing at my other entry doors.

Good quality has held up.
It was pretty easy to cut with hand saw to fit door. I use on inside French door door that is opened maybe 20 times a day. The bristles drag ground pretty good and have lasted first 4 months. From how much mine drag, it's because it opens on uneven wood floor I would have expected bristles to fall out or become misshapen but so far hasn't. I would expect it to last sever years and much much longer if it didn't drag my floor.A note is once you cut to fit door you need to pinch end of it closed because the bristle is on a separate piece that slides. This keeps it from sliding out of slot and scratching whatever it is closing on.

So far so good
*Updated* We installed this just a few days ago, so I will update my review if needed... but so far this door sweep has been pretty impressive, so I'm writing a review. Before installing this sweep, we lined sticky nontoxic spider traps on the inside of our front door to see if that might be part of why we have had such a horrible spider problem. Sure enough, we caught a cricket, a spider or two, and even a cockroach within a few days time. So gross. (Side note: don't rent a basement apartment.) So we took out the old rubber sweep and installed this one. We kept the sticky spider traps in front of the door to continue to monitor. Nothing so far, except for the huge wolf spider that ran in literally as soon as we opened the door, like it had been trying to get in and couldn't. Thank goodness it ran into the sticky trap waiting for it. Hoping this sweep continues to be awesome!Update: Sad to say, but a brown recluse was able to make its way through the bristles and into the sticky spider trap waiting for it on the other side. Ugh! The sweep has been an improvement, but I'm going to knock the rating down to 3 stars.

Looks so much nicer than anything I'd seen before finally finding these, I think you'd like it too.
Impossible to find locally, so very happy to get these. Bought two for front door(s) that some moronic carpenter cut too short! These fill in the ugly gap nicely. Before I found these, I had one of those plastic U shaped things shoved under the doors, and of course they did not fully open. If you need to cut the metal, easy peasy. I used a hack saw--but do be careful not to cut the strip the bristles are attached to, because they will come out in small pieces--had to pinch the cut end with pliers, now it's fine.

Perfect for uneven floors and doorsills
I held off on this because I wanted to see it perform. I applied it several months ago before winter. I just had 15-30 mile an hour winds and rain go through here for 2 days. It was better than I hoped for.It is a very uneven floor and made heating my workshop almost impossible. I can say, after most of a fairly wet and windy winter, that this is what I needed. My workshop is dry, no drafts from that doorway, to coin a phrase, "it sealed the deal".I'd recommend it to anyone with a tough door and floor to work withIt was very easy to install and trim.
