Who doesnt love Ube. It is the next beat thing to hit the pastry market. Great for cupcakes and Cheesecake flavorsing. Just had a little bit of Grated Ube Root and then a few tablespoons of the extract makes delicious desserts. Smells amazing from the oven and the color is a dark purple just lime the actual Ube Root.

Been using this brand a few times now and has not disappointed. Well packaged for leak proof during shipping so that is a plus. The color is super vibrate and true to the yam which also gives out the ube smell which is very distinct. It works great in baking cookies and sometimes drinks and whip cream. Works well when I mix and bake. Overall great value but only down is the ube might stain on hand or counter top if not careful. It is super dense too.

Works really well with my Ube Matcha Latte. I use about a teaspoon full for good flavor. Also really works well with Uber Cheesecake!

Good stuff, decent price. Works better mixed into things with no competing flavor: ube butter, white chocolate, plain cake/bread, etc. If you mix it in with chocolate or coffee or something, those flavors will overpower the ube and you'll barely taste it. Also there's a ton of dye in this, which will color your food very well, but if you're concerned about dyes I think you'll be afraid to consume this. Personally I don't think these dyes are a problem at all. 5 stars.

Great value for the price! Just keep in mind that this is a very deep purple so you don't need a lot. I keep gauging how much to put in my recipes and it comes out almost black. This is not like the tiny bottles of McCormick Ube extract where you need a whole bottle of those tiny vials to achieve any sort of darker purple hue. Maybe just a teaspoon first then build up to the color you want. It smells a lot like Ube but not so much in the flavor.

I'm very happy with this ube flavoring, especially the volume! Previously I had only used the McCormick brand and they come in these ridiculously silly small sized bottles, like one bottle was enough for 1.5 double batches of cookies. With this giant bottle, it will last me quite awhile. I loved the scent of it, so delicious. The color was gorgeous, it made some beautifully purple crinkle cookies!
