My kidney stone provider recommended this among a couple choices. It dissolves easily and is essentially tasteless. It does seem to dull the flavor of juice, for example, that it's mixed with. Easy on stomach and easy way help prevent stones.

I've had kidney stones for quite a while. On and off since I was 18. Haven't had much luck other than long times in between, but recently I've had a bunch of stones and it's really starting to get to mentally. I decided to give this product a try through the recommendations that I found online along with a general recommendation of increasing citrate by my doctor. Although he didn't specifically recommend this product. What I will say is I had 2 24-hour urine tests and my first one was 159 mg. The second one was 379 mg. Clear as day this product worked. Although realistically I need to get way higher numbers. I'm very cautious about what I put into my body. And I feel like this is a good product that can marginally bump your citrate without any concerns. As always, though, everyone should take the best judgment from their medical professionals.

Have issue with Kidney Stones. Have used for past 6 month and doctor told me yesterday I didn’t have to return for a year because my stones had gotten smaller and had no new ones . Yeah!!
