I love these pitchers. Just the right size for refrigerator. Lid has rubber seal and fits tight. Several friends have seen it and bought. I ordered an extra one to put away when I needed more than one. When I opened the box several months later, the pitcher was broken at the bottom. I contacted the company and sent a picture. They replaced it immediately. I would highly recommend.

Happy with size, weight, and appearance of pitcher. Perfect for maintaining a supply of favorite drinks - iced tea and lemonade. Only one concern: glass handle is relatively thin and attached to pitcher at very small points. Do not feel confident that handle won’t break from weight of pitcher so only lift while supporting bottom with other hand. Due to this would not get again.

I have two of these in the 51oz size. They are perfect for making cold tea. I usually use a mixture of teas (green, ginger herb, rooibos, etc). After pouring the boiling water over my tea bag in the pitcher, it seems to cool to room temperature in an hour or so. I always wait till cool before placing it in the refrigerator. Even though this is made of borosilicate, a shock temperature change will crack any glass. This can withstand both very high and very low temperatures — but it cannot go quickly from one to the other as a few reviews have alluded to and experienced cracking (of course). By the way, one of my pitchers was purchased 2 years ago and is still like new!.

I absolutely love the SUSTEAS 2.0 Liter glass pitcher! It’s an elegant and practical addition to my kitchen.
