Q: Is this product dairy free ?

Per the labeling, it's suitable for people who are lactose intolerant, but it's not suitable for people with galatosemia. I can't figure out whether it's dairy protein allergy or cc safe. If you're wondering outside of the allergy question, it's a fully clear product and doesn't look milk-shake-like at all.

Q: Can you use this for working out purposes ?

Probably regular Ensure(original, high protein) would be better for working out. You should call the company to ask them. They would know much better than I would.

Q: It sells in a package of 10, but the way it is described you only drink 3? Will I use all 10?

I only used 3, but check with your physican prior to purchasing, no need to buy more than what you need.
