I am enjoying it and would strongly recommend it.Functionality:The Veeniix Air v11 is feature packed and works absolutely great out of the box. This review is written more from the perspective as a beginner than an expert drone pilot - more advanced users may wish to read other reviews. However, for people just starting, I can report that my son and I have piloted the drone successfully several times within the first week with no problems. The drone and controller, and the controller and my Samsung phone, have both connected easily and without issue. The camera controls work smoothly, and photo and video quality is fantastic (see the photos and videos shared below taken at a university campus.) The feature where the drone automatically circles around a central point worked great. The one-key takeoff and landing, as well as the Return to Home (RTH) features also worked great out of the box. (Note: As the app says, RTH is within a meter or so - do not expect it to pinpoint land right where it took off, but it will get pretty close). So far, we have not used the "Follow Me" feature successfully - but I will research it a bit more and/or contact support, I expect I will be able to resolve that part.Ease of flight:The drone is simple to operate, even for beginners. Having the RTH feature to assist with the landing initially is very helpful. With some practice, our movement and control is becoming smoother. We have chosen good weather conditions and open areas so as to not make things too complicated, but in the attached video, you can see the drone flew easily through a relatively narrow clock tower.Build quality:Following the lead of other popular electronics companies like Apple, Samsung, and Google - Veeniix put a great deal of thought and effort even into the packaging of the product, to give the user an impression of quality from the moment they open it. The high quality continues beyond just the packaging, though - the drone and controller are durable and are packaged with a high quality case. The propellers are much lighter than the previous version, but the quality is still there.

The V11Air drone, in my opinion, is priced fairly and is in line with other drones with equal features and performance, but where the V11Air really outshines the others is the unit’s durability, camera and battery life. Video at (30 fps) and 6K SONY camera capture amazing shots. The picture quality is far superior to my other drones. The 3-axis camera mount and anti-shake system provide the stability to get much smoother video and exceptional clarity in your photos. Unpacking and setting up this drone is very straightforward, however be sure to read the manual and watch a couple of videos before flying. The case sturdy and neatly holds the drone securely and has space for the extra battery and replacement parts. This drone weighs about 1.5 lbs. but surprisingly doesn’t appear to have a significant drain on the batteries – 32 – 37 minutes depending on the flight conditions. The batteries charge quickly, so be sure to get a full charge on the batteries before your initial flight. My package came with a second battery so I can quickly get back flying. The controller is more compact because they have built the antenna into the phone cradle, a brilliant idea. The joy sticks are removable and neatly stored in the base of the controller. I like the layout of the digital display on the controller - the most important information you need to fly safely is readily available at a glance. The phone app’s layout is remarkably better than the others I’ve used. This drone has both optical tracking and GPS following. With the 70 minutes flying time, you can confidently extend your boundaries (3 miles) to reach distances like never before. The TOF (time of flight) senor and return home feature assure that your unit will return home safely. At some point we all need a support team - the Veeniix support team has never let me down. They have responded to my inquiries quickly with sound recommendations. Beginner or advanced pilots will really enjoy pushing their skill to the limits with the V11Air.

The media could not be loaded. I decided to purchase the new Veeniix V11 Air to explore some of the more remote areas around my property and to capture high-quality videos of my rental properties. From the start, I was impressed with the packaging and overall build quality. The included carrying case is well-constructed, making it easy to pack everything securely and transport it safely to your next adventure.The drone is very lightweight and handles surprisingly well in windy conditions. I was initially skeptical that a drone in this price range would perform this well—but it does! The camera is highly maneuverable, and the drone itself is impressively fast and responsive. Battery life exceeded my expectations, even in the wind. With both included batteries, you can fly for over an hour.Photo and video quality are top-notch for this class of drone. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-performing drone at a reasonable price, the Veeniix V11 Air is a fantastic choice.

Very stable drone. The function of the camera gimbal is smooth, keeping the angle right where you set it at all times. The range is useful when needing a picture of a large area.Phone mount on the transmitter could be made to accept larger phones. Mine barely fits, with my protective case removed.
