Don’t waste your money and time
These suspension rods are not well made I bought the first set and thought it was a fluke that they were worn out in a week so I bought another set and we put them on the machine within 5 loads and I mean small loads they were worn out too. I am currently ordering factory parts so that hopefully the 3rd time we have the machine apart it will actually be fixed

Used parts!!
Product advertised as new but all plastic pieces were clearly used. The metal rods were either refurbished or poorly made. The only visual “new” parts were the springs.Other than everything coming looking like 5 year old used parts, it fixed my thumping washer.
