Very pretty - a bit of work to get the branches to look best
It was a little more money than I wanted to spend. I usually had Noble Firs (live and artificial) over the years. I really liked the way this one looked in the photo. The tips of the branches surprised me - some are "rubber-like" and some are the "paper-like" (don't know the construction of either). There are ample branches to fill out the spaces but also ample area for decorations closer to the "trunk". Plenty of lights. I couldn't attach my Hallmark collectible lighthouses. I didn't try to use the extra attachments that came with my ornaments. Next time I'll add some lights or find a power cord for the collectible lighthouses. I had ribbons on some ornaments and those were difficult to hook onto the feathery branches - but I also changed the ribbons to the curly-que hooks and that was fine. Using either end (the single arch or the curly part) worked fine for placement of ornaments on the tree. Next year I need to spend a little more time working on the branches to get the desired appearance. I made the mistake of pulling off the green electrical tape on one of the plugs between the segments. I didn't need to do that. I had a little trouble figuring out where to plug the middle to the bottom, the top to the middle. There are white plastic pieces which appear to be used to insert in the open plug/connection but I'm not certain about that. I had an older star for the top and had to bend the top piece of the tree down quite a bit to get it to work. It still "looked downwards" a bit. That's an ornament problem not the tree. Just letting you know what I had to deal with here. I like the outline of the tree ... gaps and feathery just like the photo. A very attractive tree. I had difficulty getting the segments separated when I took it down. I have yet to collapse the branches and get it back into the box. It would help to have another person for the heavier portions of assembly, etc. This is a fairly large tree and quite nice. The branches drop down and look to be sturdy and are secure in their "sockets". Love not having to deal with watering a real tree. Won't have to buy another tree next year and hopefully the years to come. You can see the progression in the pictures. Yes, I will need to put this tree in another place next year. Yes, I swung the arched lamp away from the tree somewhat this time.

Beautiful and realistic
We’ve always had a fresh tree and this is the first year we decided to go artificial. I agonized over which tree to select, but so far, I am thrilled with this one! There was another Frazier Fir option with a much wider base. Thank goodness I measured because it would have been entirely too big for my space. The 7.5’ is perfect (and accurately advertised) for my normal 8’ ceiling height. The lights are gorgeous and it was easy to assemble. Fluffing was not as bad as some reviewers claimed. There is no way this takes 2-3 hours to fluff if you work quickly, efficiently and consistently. It took me less than an hour to set up. The branches are strong, but some branch tips needed to be twisted slightly so the the underneath side was correctly placed downward. I honestly don’t think that we’ll ever go back to a real tree. No watering, no needle dropping, no bugs, no drying, no adding lights = no brainer

Beautiful, real looking tree
This is our first artificial Christmas tree, and I have to say it's simply beautiful. Looking at it from a short distance it looks like a real tree! The tree comes in three sections and a stand, is easy to assemble and fluffing up the branches didn't take very long either. The branches are strong enough to even hold our heavier ornaments. The lights are LED and even though they are a bit bright and not as warm, the white color looks very elegant. The reason why I didn't give this tree 5 stars is because 4 branches don't light up, brand new tree mind you. So that was disappointing! I had registered the tree through the company and they sent us 2 strings of light at no cost. We do have the option to send the tree back for repair come January. All in all, we are very pleased with the quality and look of the tree, too bad about the lights though.

Lights went out after first christmas
Lights went out after first christmas all over the place. I tried to call customer service for help they were useless. Most of the lights are now off on the tree I have tried to replace bulbs and fuses to no avail. I would never buy this tree again

I love this tree it looks real
This tree was easy to put together, it took probably an hour to fluff it up (spread branches to appear full) but I expected that. I recommend fluffing a section at time rather than putting all 3 sections together and then trying to fluff the whole tree.It reminds me of a tree from nature vs coming out of a box. It has lots of character!I cant wait to decorate it

Best Tree Ever!
I love this tree! I use glass ball ornaments and there’s plenty of room, they look spectacular. I get lots of compliments. I bought this tree in Oct 2018, so it’s now the second Christmas I’ve had it and I love it even more. It looks real. There are tons of lights, more than I’ve ever had. We stored it in the box it came in, pulled it out and had it up in minutes, everything working. I would definitely recommend and have many times.

Buyer beward--plugs do not connect
The tree looks nice and is easy to adjust for shaping, but I bought a prelit tree, and the polarized plugs do not go into the non-polarized sockets. Company is sending an extension cord, but to me this is not the appropriate solution. Because I bought the tree in October and am only now assembling for Christmas, I cannot get a full refund.
