Second time ordering this product. First time all the capsules were stuck together but able to separate . On this order, the capsules are stuck again however this time unable to separate without destroying the product.

This is the first time I bought this brand of saw palmetto. This is a standardized extract of saw palmetto, 320mg providing 272mg of fatty acids. If you are looking for 320mg standardized to 85% fatty acids then that is exactly what this is. They don't state the percentage on the bottle but 272mg is 85% of 320mg. Why should you care? Well all of the clinical studies of saw palmetto that found it effective used either 160mg or 320mg of a standardized extract, standardized to 85% fatty acids. Any saw palmetto that is not standardized has an unknown quantity of the therapeutic component, the fatty acids. I bought this primarily for the saw palmetto but it also contains beta-sitosterol, which is also effective for same reasons. I'm not as familiar with it so I can't comment on the quantity of 90mg. It also contains boron and rosemary extract, but I don't know their purpose. In addition to the 4 active ingredients I mentioned above, the first additional ingredient listed is pumpkin seed oil. I find it interesting that they don't list this in the chart with active ingredients because it has also been shown effective like saw palmetto in studies, including in combination with saw palmetto. They don't list amount of pumpkin seed oil so it must be less than the therapeutic amount of studies. In any event, pumpkin seed oil as a base is a much better choice than the vegetable oil that many other saw palmetto products use. This saw palmetto is also non-gmo certified. It is also easy to swallow. The bottle is a one month supply and a good value for the money.

Product works great. However, my last two shipments were unusable. All of the pills were stuck together in one big mass. Completely worthless. I have to find another supplier of this supplement.

It took a few weeks to kick in, but I've noticed a drop in night time visits to the bathroom and better emptying. I used to get up 3-4 times a night to urinate, but now I get up 1-2 times. These are gel caps and as other people have mentioned, they will melt if left in a hot mailbox all day. My advice is to set up your order so it arrives when you're home to retrieve it from the mail. I live in Las Vegas and have had no issues with melting if they're not out in the mailbox all day.

I don't get up as much at night to go to the bathroom. I could tell a difference after using this product for two weeks

All tables found melted and I couldn't even to pick one. Really disappointed. I paid the money for nothing
