I purchased postnatal vitamins from Green Star Naturals in March. I am just now finishing off the bottle.This company created a formula that is packed with essentials for babies and nursing mamas. As one who prefers naturopathic and holistic medicine, this formula is everything I was looking for!Though I know that herbs have vitamins in them, I would love to see a mix of herbs and vitamins within a future formula.Overall, this formula has provided me & my baby with the nutrients we need on our journey.Thank you!P

These work amazingly and within just a few hours too! I was definitely skeptical about making this kind of investment but I’m glad I did. I take three, twice, a few hours apart. My supply drastically increases in the middle of the night. The ONLY thing I don’t like about them is i don’t like licorice, and when you first take them they taste like licorice, but nothing that lingers. It’s gone as soon as you swallow them. Definitely great to have on hand for growth spurts or just to increase your supply in general.

WARNING TO ALL MAMAS!! I exclusively pump due to my little ones shallow latch and this product cut my milk output in HALF! I found out that some of the ingredients can actually cause the opposite effect (decrease milk output) in women. Unfortunately, it happened to me. So, be aware! If you're trying to increase output it's best to just stay hydrated and pump/feed more.UPDATE: The only reason I switched from 1 star to 3 stars is the customer service. The seller reached out and is fully refunding the order due to my experience which was really nice. Customer service was great.

Beware!!! Even though they bought me by stating it's only inactive ingredient is vegetable capsule, in reality it also contains Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate and SILICON DIOXIDE - all coming into the body of a breastfeeding mother, how insane is that, knowing that especially last ingredients is particularly dangerous.I also felt some difference in milk supply, but not much. I don't generally believe in natural alternative medicines, but this thing works! The taste takes some time to get used to (just eat something and drink something after) I was battling low milk supply and after taking this according to the directions, I had such an abundance that I woke up soaking wet! Also, whenever I feel my supply dwindling again, I follow the directions on the box and take 2 every 2 hours for 2 days, and it really helps! Now, I just take my daily dose and so far it has been working!!!!

I initially followed the instructions on the bottle to take 2 capsules every 2 hours for a boost in my milk supply. I was able to pump an additional bottle’s worth of milk the next day. I have continued take 2 capsules every few hours, but I’m hoping I can start taking them less frequently and keep the supply up. We’ll see. Side note: these capsules taste awful the moment they hit my tongue, but most of these milk-boosting supplements are awful tasting. Just make sure you take them with a flavored drink or eat something right after to change the taste in your mouth.

I have battled low milk supply since giving birth 2 months ago. I literally tried everything- lactation tea, cookies, and pills and barely saw an increase in my supply. I was barely getting an ounce per day. I started taking these pills and after the first couple of hours- I got a full oz. Now, I'm doing about 3 oz a day which is alot for me. I've been taking them for almost 2 weeks Please try these- they work! Also, there have been complaints about babies getting excessive gas- I will say that you can use gripe water and that will help. And if you are seeing a decrease in milk supply- I truly believe it's due to user error and not the pills. Good luck!

This is a great supplement! I have breastfed several babies before and about the time I try to lose my baby weight or any weight at all, my milk always tanks. This time i was determined to lose it, and came across this supplement. As soon as my milk starts to drop, I start taking the supplement and within a few hours my milk increases again. I supplement for a day or two with these and my milk hangs in there again. Very very happy with this product.
