Great product

Purchased two of these, not knowing that I had purchased one tubing size, and one pipe size. Get a phone call from the company, the next morning, just double checking that I was ordering what I needed. Since I had tube sized and pipe sized in the same order. What I actually needed was both to be tube sized, 2” and 1-3/4”. So, after getting my free education, obviously I ordered the wrong stuff, so he told me what I needed, cancelled order and we started off new. Few minutes later he calls me back and informed me of a kit, that had the two sizes and a case for about the same amount of money buying them separately. I was amazed that someone, took time to contact me and nicely question, what was seen as a possible mix up and go the extra step of making sure I knew what I was getting. Then took the time to call back, and tell me about a better solution, basically a free storage case. I appreciate excellent customer service! I also appreciate and admire the fact by him catching my mistake, he not only saved his time, by me sending stuff back, resending me what I really needed, he saved my a$$, by not delaying my project by a few weeks or more, shipping stuff back and forth. It doesn’t get any better than that, in my opinion. As far as the tool goes, what a awesome simple solution to complex angle joining of pipes, tubes. This tool should be treated like any other precision tool in your arsenal, in other words, don’t treat it like a sledge hammer. These tools are built nicely with simple high quality materials, and should last a long time if they’re used properly, that’s my opinion. If you want to use yours as a sledgehammer, go for it. This can save you from some headaches but it works best when there are multiple tube ends joining near each other. Still works well for a simple junction although you should have a few more tube fabrication tools

Great product company great to deal with

The video does not do it justice … super easy to use !! Way less wasted materials. Feels solid , wish I had 2…be nice to put one on top and one on bottom to get overall length measurement…

Got it to build my rollcage and man it made things go east with the angles i was tryig to get. I have recommended this to many friends

Works pretty good, kinda hard to move the pins without some of them bowing alittle /& not as precise for the notch... but overall it’s a lifesaver for tube welding

Not impressed with the quality of this item and is difficult to use. The pins are difficult to manipulate into the correct position and the materials make the tool feel cheap and flimsy. Overall it will do what it is designed to do but not the time saver that i was expecting.

Great little tool but why does it have to take 24 days to get here even after paying the outrageous $38 shipping fee??? Tim Canada

Must have in your tool box. Saves so much work and fits up great
