It does the job
This was difficult to assemble - the handle did not willingly go together. Despite a video showing how easily it should fit my husband had to use brute force to join the pole properly. I found it annoying not to have any indication as to how much spray to use. I cleaned our big kitchen diner in just over half an hour. I found the mop quite difficult to manoeuvre sometimes, I’m quite small. It did a good job leaving it clean and gleaming. But it is slippery too. I realised after contacting the seller I’d used too much spray. They recommended one spray for several square metres.

Good for wooden floors
This was recommended by the company who fitted my oiled wooden floors. To keep them clean as I’m not supposed to use water on them. It is quick and easy to use and doesn’t take up too much space when stored. It actually came the next day even though it said 3 day delivery.

Spray bottle issues and watch out for drips
This mop works best if you push the bottle down whilst pulling the spray trigger at the same time.If you don't, you may find that the trigger runs out of spray on the second or third pull.Also, the unit drips after a spray and needs to be dried as it will continue to drip when stored.Would be nice if the two part handle was designed to be detachable for storage and not just for initial assembly from packaging.

Very convenient, quick little mop
So easy to use, easy to manoeuvre under cabinets or chairs. It’s easy to wash the pad too and re-use. The floor cleaner was perfect for what I intended it for.

Spray has stopped working after 4 months
The media could not be loaded. Really disappointed with this. I have ordered 3 of these mops in 2 years, every one has broken. terrible design and a real pain to send back as they are hard to dissemble. Would like to know how to contact seller, to send phots and videos and try to get my money back.

Floor looks like new and stays clean
Only used once hence 4 stars BUT it did an excellent job my large wooden floor came up like new. Have already ordered the 2.5l cleaning fluid. Very prompt delivery from seller. It is a bit tricky to push together as I have arthritis but hubby managed to do it,
