They are great, super comfortable shape, perfect for power pilates and weighted HIIT.

These are super adorable, and the 3 pound version makes for such a great workout. These are aesthetically pleasing, and helps motivate me to work out.

I love how these feel when holding during lifting. Although I’m not a pink person, these were priced less than the others shades, but because they are really excellent weights to hold and feel high end, I am happy with them. They are perfect for lighter weight moves like barre and pilates, and I hope they make other weights (higher weight) in similar design.

These are great. Easy to hold on to comfortable in your hand. Easy to wipe off. They're definitely overpriced but I love them.

I never really like the bulky weights at the gym. These Bala Bars feel like they were tailored to me. Sleek, smooth, easier to store as well as giving me a good upper body work out. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I love these 3-lb bala bars! Decided to try these to add effort to my daily walks. The bars are packaged and boxed well and come in a reusable mesh bag for storing when not in use. My favorite thing about these hand weights is how they feel! The outside coating is nonslip which helps when you have sweaty hands. The weights are balanced nicely and the design ensures you don’t feel like a mall walker from the 90’s. Love the product and the brand!
