These dog chew treats have been a hit with my pup! Not only does he love the flavor, but they also keep him happily occupied for a good amount of time. They’re great for his teeth, which makes me feel like I’m giving him a treat that’s good for him too. The treats are a decent size and have a texture that’s not too hard, so I know he’s comfortable while chewing. I’ll definitely be keeping these stocked—they’re the perfect mix of fun and functional for any dog!

Probably works well as a dog treat. Even though the ad clearly states it is for both dogs and cats, none of my cats will eat it. Got it for an older girl who needs to gain a little weight; she took one sniff and walked away. When I tried crumbling it in her wet food she at less than half of the amount she usually eats. So for curiosity I tried giving it to my 1-year old kittens and neither of them would eat it either (and one of them eats just about anything she can find). Sorry, it just didn't work for us.

My 14 year old Border Collie suddenly stopped wolfing down’ her food. From 2 1/2 cups of dog food, some people food and treats, she was only eating about 1 cup. The vet said she was losing too much weight and it was very concerning. So I searched and found this product. I give her 2 a day. She eats them like it a a treat. It supplements her meal. She seems to be eating more too. While, she is not back up to her former weight, she has gained a few pounds for which I am very grateful.

I'm not sure why this gets so much hate from people with cats! I was concerned when I saw the dosing started at 25lbs and my elderly cat is maybe 5 or 6lbs. Especially because at first I was giving her 2 a day! (That was my fault for initially mis-reading the directions, I'm not sure what I was thinking. smh.) That said, I hadn't noticed any negative issues, her stools stayed solid, etc. Regardless, it's expensive, and I don't want to stress her system, so I dialed it back to one a day. I dumped the pouch out, cut them all in half, and put them back, so now she gets a half with her morning can and half with her evening. I just crush it in my fingers, sprinkle it over her wet food, add a little pump of omega fish oil and stir it all up. She finishes both meals. Even my husband noted she's looking less frail. I knocked a star off because while it's marketed for cats, it's clearly dosed for dogs. If your cat is 25lbs, they don't need this! lol
