I have given this a 4 star but it’s 3.5 not bad enough to be a 3 as the lead works and does the job but it has a couple of annoyances like the lock is strange, it’s backwards from my other lead so hopefully I’ll get used to it and stop unlocking my dog when I’m trying to lock it.At full extension it has a tendancy to get tangled on it’s way back in.

Just right for our new puppy Jesse . Matches perfectly with the new collar I also bought, and came the very next day.

Purchased this for the length for my little dog, as she would bolt if not on a lead. Find the lead sometimes difficult to unlock, and it takes a strong finger to shift it back again but no other complaint. The colour is lovely and lead is strong enough

I ordered a strong lead for my dog but my own only weighing 9.7kg. she does sometimes blots so didn't want a small dogs lead to pull out the end, I needed that bit more strength & weve been using it 7days & working good..

Nice lead but used to wire ones was a bit stiff but good value

This lead was very difficult to use. Our golden retriever has mouthed the lead tonight less than 24 hours of owning it and it’s almost split all of the way through.Whilst this lead was not for us I cannot fault the way customer service has dealt with the situation post sale. I would use the company again with the upmost confidence. Many thanks for all of your help in satisfactorily helping to fix this issue.

It’s not as sturdy as other extendable leads I have had. If you are not used to the lock and release on this lead you will spend some time fiddling with it. The lead itself is like thin seatbelt material. It can fold on itself when reeling back in. It is sturdy and works well for its intended purpose. Just a few kinks with the overall design

Love the light feature. My only wish is that it had a longer lead option, so 8 or 10 metres. I also agree with others, that the lock function is temperamental and sometimes doesn't lock or comes unlocked.
