Got it for myself but didn’t end up needing it so I gave it to a friend. She loves it after having her baby and she said it wears really good and gives her a lot of relief!

easy to use and not fussy
The packs were simple to freeze and didn’t turn into stiff boards. They stayed flexible, which helped when trying to get comfortable sitting down. I appreciated the shape too—it didn’t feel like I was stuffing something unnatural into my clothes. The covers helped soften the feel and also made cleanup easy.
