Q: Can I purchase a new adapter for the Riki mirror

They only sell the mirror with the charger included and the small accessories like the close up mirror and stand.

Q: Does riki make a 10x magnifying attachment mirror?

Yes, I have one w/10x. I don't see it currently on Amazon but I believe if you go to the Riki website, you'll see the Riki Skinny with a choice between 5x or 10x.

Q: How big is the round mirror?

It’s 6 inches and fits nicely on the big one. I use it mainly.

Q: My Mirror is not holding a charge what is the problem

I did not encounter this problem. I charged once I received and used it every night and did not have to charge it for a long time. May be you can can try to charge it in different outlet??
