Yuban - my favorite coffee. I have been enjoying it for many, many years and will never switch to another brand.

Like the recyclable paper can. Not throwing away plastic pods with every cup. Expensive.

I have been drinking Yuban Coffee for more than 45 years. It is a favorite to which I have returned many times. Used to be that one could find this coffee in almost any grocery store but now, I have to order it from Amazon in this big can.I transfer a couple of weeks worth of the ground beans to a container that I keep in the refrigerator. The bulk of the coffee, I keep in its original can and store it in my chest freezer where it is kept in good condition. I've had better tasting coffee for a lot more money, purchased at Boutique stores in town, but never coffee of such good flavor at this quality of taste.

My husband and I drink a *lot* of coffee... I mean, a LOT of coffee. We could easily have gone through about $200 a month at Starbucks, and to be honest, I don't really like their coffee all that much. The flavor tastes a bit burnt, and after a while, get borrrrrrriiinnnnnng. Cafe' DuMonde was a great step up for in-house coffee enjoyment, but also becomes cost prohibitive at the rate we swill our lifeblood.Upon a visit with a lifelong friend (and fellow coffee addict), I sat at her dining room table uttering "mmmm" while drinking her fresh brew. I asked, "Pete's? Boutique coffee roaster?" Nope... YUBAN! I about fell out of my chair. A "grocery store" brand could taste like this? No. Can't be done! I basically made her show me the can! I just couldn't believe it. Even when I suggested she was cutting it with something more expensive, she laughed at me (as well she should) and said, "Nope. Stilllll just Yuban." Sold. Done. Been buying tubs of the stuff ever since and we love it. I never get sick of it. Happy!Additionally, I like to put cinnamon in my coffee (just to add some umph) and sometimes sugar free syrups and the flavor welcomes the additions very well. There's no competition of flavor, but the coffee still stands on its own. Delicious. Will probably order my next three cans soon!
