I want a partial refund but can't find how to contact the manufacturer. There were ZERO instructions on how to assemble it. The box had loose bolts and washers floating around inside. It was missing storage bag for back... we had to cram the leg rest bag up there instead. Also, there was only one of each kind of bolt, yet it came with THREE handlebars.... it's like they just put in random quantities of everything. I had to spend a long time combing through my toolset to find bolts the exact right size, and then nuts to hold them on... you can see in one of the photos where I put in a clearly mismatched bolt of my own just to hold the handlebars on. The tires make a horrible squeaking sound that is upsetting my daughter's autism.

So far so good. Back storage bag missing. I did not need the extra balance wheels, easily removed
