It does the job and freezes up the arch of the foot.

Works as expected. I usually keep it in the freezer and use in for my wrist. It doesn't hold the temperature for too long but it's a less mess than having an ice bag.

I haven't tried this heated or chilled, just room temp. I'm using as directed by my Physical Therapist for extensive nerve damage and deep muscle issues. Aside from the expected pain from damaged nerves and muscles as I use it, I do notice that there is a decrease in pain and tenseness. So, I'm going to say that so far it's working well for me. I'd imagine, based on what happens during my appointments, that pain will be reduced more with heat and the longer I use it the better I'm going to be doing.

Anyone who has back pain or muscle knots needs this! It is so easy to use. I suffer from from fibromyalgia & I develop knots everywhere whenever I workout or work my daily job. This allows me to work them out myself without having to see a massage therapist or having others assist me. And the fact that you can freeze this makes it so much better! I’m helps numb the area & helps get rid of the inflammation.

Product came and packaged nicely. Arrived today on Dec 18 instead of Dec 22nd. Works as described. Make sure to use with lotion so the steel ball can roll. Would order again and order from same shipper/seller

Product is easy to hold and use. I keep it in the freezer and use it on my face/neck/shoulders as needed. Stays cold for hours, easy to clean and maintain.
