Work great the only this is the app that it said it would work with didn't work but I got a different one and it worked perfectly. The pictures would have came out better but my toddler was climbing on me. So the scope is barely in my ear due to me not wanting to hurt myself with a toddler climbing on me. Great for the price. Totally worth it literally got it so I can clean my hubby's gross ears. Mine aren't that dirty. Even though there is a tiny chunk in the first picture.

When put in the ear, the picture shows nothing, besides too much light, or not enough light. You can't even see a picture at all, not just low quality, but nothing at all. When I remove it from the ear, it shows a white screen. I'm not sure what I could of been doing wrong, but it just didn't work for me.

The app that the booklet instructs you to buy for your phone features ads that (1) block part of the screen and (2) feature adult content--could have done without the line of women dancing at the edge of my screen. Recommends photo booth for use with a Mac, but that app forces a mirror image that is confusing when using.Could use some additional instruction on the intent of each attachment. While most of the attachments are adjustable to hit the depth of focus, the wire ring attachment anchors to a single point on the camera and cannot be adjusted.Recommend having alcohol wipes or damp cotton swabs handy for wiping the attachments and lens as you go. Did learn that my ears are cleaner than I feared. The adjustable light could probably be just on and off, as I always wanted it full when i was using it and off when i was cleaning it.

Better than one of the 1st ones I bought. The image quality is superb. Its sharp and clear and the light is bright. Makes cleaning ears easier and better than drops that you have to flush out. I threw in some photos they are not pretty to look at but its reality and this may be in your ears or worse. The sticky gel heads are great. No irritation using those. No need to scrape the wax out it just sticks to the sticky gel. Hope you can buy those separately. Easy connection to Mac. Just plug it in and open up photo booth and switch cameras. 👂👍

I had a rough time finding the right app to use on my laptop. After about 30 minutes of playing around on google I typed in the link that was given on the manual and it finally worked. I did end up downloading an android add on app called blue stacks just so I could get the smart camera capabilities but in the end I was victorious. My ears aren’t that dirty after all. Camera was clear enough to see inside just a little trouble using the tools and seeing at the same time. I like it though.

This product looks nice enough, but it's trash. The app that goes with it is pointless. Nothing to explain or guide. The manual is just as worthless besides vague description. The OS on most new androids isn't supported at all. I plugged it in after downloading the app and being forced to accept invasive access which seemed weird for an endoscopic camera (like location). Once I did all that and tried to run it....nothing. It didn't work at all. There's no support on their site and the privacy policy is only available in one Asian language. Would NOT recommend and I am returning the one I bought.

Doesn’t work very well at all.Not worth it.But maybe you will like it.I felt the video didn’t work clear to see.

This endoscope worked great for me. I’ve been having pain in my ear for a while and I wanted to check out what was going on. I had previously bought a different endoscope but it was too big to see into my ear clearly. This one is small enough I was able to see a little hair stabbing the inside of my ear. Very weird that a little hair was causing so much pain.I used this endoscope on my windows pc. I didn’t install the suggested software since it is not needed. I used the windows webcam software and it worked just fine. I love the little tools it comes with. They are useful in cleaning out excess wax.Overall this was a fantastic purchase that I will use many times.
