Q: I want this 35 oz mug but I don't like drinking from a straw. Is it possible to get a different lid, like the simple slider opening one?

Yes you can easily switch it for a normal rambler slider lid. I bought this one for my husband which doesn’t like straw either and he just switched one of his magslide lids from another yeti and works great!

Q: is this easy to hold for small women hands?

The cup handle makes it very easy to hold onto your yeti

Q: Is the stronghold lid available for 35 ounce instead of the straw?

If you are talking about the one where you just push back to drink out of it. I believe you can purchase separately. I have that for my other cups also.

A correction to the question or statement made by Amazon… I have a 35 ounce yeti not a 25 ounce. I did, however, attempt to measure the diameter of the opening in the lid for a straw and it is approximately 1/2”.
