What a great garden trowel this is!I was looking for a stainless steel trowel that obviously will not rust when left out, (as mine always are) but couldn’t find anything with a suitable handle. I decided to plump for this one, even though part of the handle is made of wood, but I have absolutely no regrets, it’s a little larger than my old alloy trowel, which is good, it digs deep and with ease. Has a really good feel to the handle and is perfectly balanced. It’s so well made that I’m sure it will last many many years and I am happy to recommend this to anyone that is looking to buy a good garden trowel.

This Gardeno Ecoline very thin trowel is absolutely superb. I've got ordinary trowels, but they are of no use getting rid of the terrible bluebell infestation in the communal gardens of our flats in north London. In the recent past, I've used various lifting/chopping tools, but they don't go very deep. With this, however, it sinks so easily that it lifts the bluebells very often including the bulb. I know it's a war of attrition with these hybrids, but the view is if I keep assasinating them every time they appear, they will eventually get the message and give up.The trowel is particularly useful where the bluebells planted themselves within the roots of roses and other plants.Of course, it's also very good at lifting simple things like dandelions.Definitely good value for money.

Good quality tool, which is ideal for taking weeds out rather than using a larger trowel. The finer blade means it’s easier to take roots out right down into the roots without having to dig up half the garden!
