Trish McKevoy Intense Gel Eyeliner - Black 0.04oz (1.2g)

My new favourite eyeliner, really pigmented, easy to apply and so far hasn’t smudged. Will definitely buy this eyeliner again and use this from now on.

I've been using the gel liner that comes in a tiny little jar with a separate eyeliner brush. I liked it but it would dry out quickly, cleaning the brush after each use was a hassle, and it was a challenge for me to apply and get it to look the way I wanted. So I tried this and it is so much easier to get a perfect line, and I have not had a problem with it drying out. It came with a sharpener so when the point wears down you sharpen it again and get a fresh new point that is nice and moist and applies easily. I will certainly be buying this again.

It isn't smug resistant.

This was recommended by a make-up artist for the upper water line. I have always used Lancôme liners, so this was something new to me. I love this for the water line but I’m sticking to my Lancôme art liner for when I line my lid instead. When using, I noticed a couple of things that worked for me. I kept the liner sharp (use the sharpener that comes with it) and go as close to the lash line as possible. This will prevent it transferring to your bottom water line. Next, I put on my mascara first. This helps me from getting liner on my eyelid. It might not be an issue for you, but it had been for me. Final verdict: - I will buy again - I would recommend

This is the best long-wear eyeliner that I've found. It's easy to apply (gel pencil) and comes out in a fluid line. It lasts through Houston heat and humidity- so it's got to be good! My only complaint is that I have to sharpen the tip constantly because the gel quickly loses its shape and sometimes develops sharp bits. They're easily sharpened away but I've got to check the tip every application to make sure it's smooth.
