Q: Just got this. But it doesn't seem to come with the 2nd piece (the insert). Is that how this product is? Is this just a one piece modular plug?

There are no inserts. All you have to do is get the cable wires cut flat and in order, then put them in the connector and crimp. Nothing else to it. No other tools required.

Q: Which inserts should I buy for this? I'm a novice with cable building but just have too much trouble trying to keep the wires in the correct order.
