I am on my second purchase of this flavoring, since I can no longer find pistachio extract. I has a much truer taste than a liquid imitation extract that I purchased previously. If I can't find pistachio extract in the future, I will definitely purchase again.

The flavour is still there even after baking,definately buying again. Everyone loved the cake, they said its the best cake they have ever tasted.

I was excited about this product until I got it. The smell from the jar was terrible. This picture is the powder blended into Italian buttercream. It has an unnatural green color, almost neon! It is full of artificial ingredients. I thought it was just pistachio powder. It tastes NOTHING like pistachio! I added ground fresh pistachio's to try to correct the taste. IT did not help! Because it is a food item it is non returnable. Such a waste of money! DO NOT waste your money.

Delicious for coffee drinks

I am a baker, and I looked at a lot of different pistachio extracts to buy. None of them had pistachio in them! I figured if I was going to pay a lot, I would get real pistachio. It is pricy, but it is so good! Packs a lot of flavor. I made ice cream and muffins with it, and my family flipped out over them both. Worth buying for a special treat every now and again. You get a good value for the money.
