to add to his answer to the organic certification! yes, a lot of organic products are not certified because the have to pay a lot of money which causes them to increase the price of the products. check whole food 365 organic coconut water, the have 2 identical and organic same ingedients and 1 only says organic for $3.99 the other is certified organic for $8.00. in short, i start buying the mon certified organic!
