It's a great item, taste is good. This seller lost a star because I ordered passionfruit and they sent me pink lemonade. It's a difference between my favorite flavor and one of my lesser favorites, but it's still fine.

Information about my physique and level of activity: 5'3", 110 lbs, treadmill running 2x/day and/or hiking every day averaging ~10mi/day, I also do intermittent fasting, vegetarian/pescatarian lifestyle. Time to deliver the package: super quick, came the next day. Color: white tub with yellow/orange pastel-colored powder in it. Tools: contains a small scoop tool, nice and functional. Taste: got the passionfruit version, nice taste, not too sweet, not too strong, not grainy, not chalky. Mix: mixed with 32oz water (I like it more diluted vs. mixing it in 16oz water) Time consumed the mix: drank it immediately after my treadmill workout. Energy level: helps with energy levels to prevent any potential "crash outs" for me. Recommend: 100% yes.

I ordered the passion fruit flavor, which is delicious. However, I will say that the package size is deceiving based on the product photos. It is very small, about the size of my palm. Take that into consideration when looking for electrolytes.
