Amazing Foot Detox
This is a great product. I use the pads at night before bed. I also found it more effective to wear socks to keep the pads in place. Slept like a baby feeling refreshed & well rested. Will definitely repurchase

These have worked the best so far!
I’m on my third bag of these pads. I have been able to fall asleep quicker and stay asleep for a longer amount of time. Instead of waking up every hour or so, I’ve been able to sleep in larger chunks of time, usually at least four hours. I like that they go on my feet and remove toxins from my body as I sleep.

Not recommended-read entire review
So I tried this as directed and wore them for 7 hrs. One foot (left), as you can see from photo did change color, the right one did not. Other research shows when they are exposed to water or steam, the same outcome is achieved as when one wears them on their feet. Both pads however smell absolutely terrible, like burnt smokey wood, including my bedding which I now have to wash. The scent comes from the pad BEFORE use, although very slight, and is immensely exacerbated post sleep from heat and sweat from feet. My feet don’t sweat by the way, I simply wore light socks to keep them I place and the outcome was different. The tourmaline wood vinegar, when combined with sweat, creates a chemical reaction, which renders the smokey wood smell and changes the color. No help with sleep at all, in fact I tossed and turned all night and woke up feeling exhausted. I read up on these in an article from the Mayo Clinic (very reputable facility if you don’t know), and they stated there is no scientific evidence this type of product works. If you choose to try it-great but I’m telling you what my experience was and in my opinion they are not worth it.

Jury is still out
I am not sure what to think about these foot pads. I don't know if they are really pulling out toxins or whatever but the herbs in them can't hurt. I do think they work to help relax me so I can sleep better and that benefit alone is worth it to me. I have to wear thin socks because the adhesion does roll slightly and can stick. They go on easily and come off easy. Overall, I do think they have some benefits

They work!
My son and I used them. I feel much more well rested. My son is still fat asleep. It's nice to see a product have results on the first try Will be using all the time now. There is almost like a menthol feel you can feel in your feet. I struggle with insomnia and have since I was 16. These are a must try!

The smell will tell you more than you know
These are great!! The smell of them after use tells you what toxins are being brought out of your body, different types of toxins lead to different smells. I smell wood smoke, that tells me they are bringing out Environmental & Chemical Exposures. Ammonia / Pungent Urine: Suggests issues with protein metabolism (liver/kidney stress), uremia, or a high-protein diet being poorly processed. Can also indicate bacterial overgrowth in the gut. Rotten Eggs / Sulfur: Strongly points to dysbiosis—an overgrowth of sulfur-reducing bacteria in the gut (like certain strains of Candida or H. pylori). Also linked to heavy metal toxicity (like mercury) and impaired liver sulfation pathways. Vinegar / Sour Acid: Often related to metabolic acidosis, yeast/fungal overgrowth (Candida), or the byproducts of fermenting carbohydrates in a dysbiotic gut. Chemical / Medicinal / "Band-Aid": Indicates pharmaceutical residues, petrochemicals, pesticides, or solvents being mobilized. Common in people with high medication use or chemical exposures. Metallic: Can be a sign of heavy metal mobilization (lead, mercury, arsenic). Fecal / Sewage: A clear sign of severe gut dysbiosis and putrefaction, where proteins are rotting in the intestines instead of being digested. Sweet, Sickly-Sweet, or Acetone: Can point to ketoacidosis (in diabetics), severe blood sugar dysregulation, or the byproducts of fat metabolism when the liver is stressed. No Smell / Very Mild: Could mean the person has a low toxic burden, poor circulation to the feet (so toxins aren't being drawn), or their primary detox pathways (liver/kidneys) are functioning well enough that the skin isn't a major exit route. So don't dismiss them because they smell bad, the smell tells you what kinds of toxins are being mobilized. This is not all the possibilities just a few.
