No. They're just nylon, soft, can roll up in a ball. But really do make a huge difference for being able to fit more, have better organization and make it easier to find things versus rifling through entire bag. Highly recommend.

Less than the shipping weight - these bags are strong and very well made - all together they are less than 1 pound (if not less than 1/2 pound) Look at the shipping weight - it will get you close
