Myra BagDual Strap Cowhide & Upcycled Canvas Bag S-1149, Brown, One Size

This is my second Myra bag, a bit bigger than my first, and just the right size for a crossbody. These bags are unique and wear well.

Very well made good quality purse. Was disappointed that the cowhide section on the purse I received was just plain white not black and white as pictured though I realize none are exactly the same. Overall good product though.

This was my first order for a Myra bag and was so excited. They are so unique and love the fact that they are made from different fabrics (hopefully recycled, but no idea).However, I had to return this one because the cowhide was mostly black/grey and very little wisps of white (not how I picture a cow...) while the picture on Amazon showed a hide with beautiful white fur and black spots (common cow look), which honestly made this bag stand apart from the others. While what I received was an overall very dark looking bag...After returning it, I was tempted to order the same bag and see if I would get one closer to what is shown in the pic, but did not want the hassle to possibly have to return a second one.Ended up buying a different Myra bag, where the fabric was very light and therefore, if the cowhide ended up dark, there would still be some balance (the second bag was supposed to have a nice light brown hide, but I received one with dark grey hide, thankfully the light fabric next to it made it ok).I think Amazon should have a disclaimer for Myra bags indicating that you are not going to receive the exact look on the picture, that the hide may come in a different color than shown.

The color is nothing like you expect it to be. Mine was brown.

I received mine and I like it but like most reviews, the cow pattern is not there. mine was mostly black with a sliver of white. BUT good purse so I am keeping it.

Definitely a cute and small/medium purse. The canvas is thick. The leather straps are soft and seem a little thin compared to the quality and thickness of the canvas though.I have high stars because it’s a nice cute purse. One issue though, the leather zipper piece was sewn to the purse seam. Luckily I was able to snip the leather zipper piece without damaging the threading and causing it to unravel the purse. I’ve included pictures to show what I’m referring to.Overall I love the bag, and am glad I didn’t have to do a return. Some of you may have chosen a return rather than “fixing” it like I did. I’m not picky in that regard.

I really like this handbag. It is quite unique looking and is made from recycled canvas tarps and tents. This one has 2 sections on the front of cowhide (hair on I believe is how they worded it). It has room for all my essentials that I carry. There is one interior zippered pocket and a zippered pocket on both the front and the back of the bag. They are roomy and run a good length so it is easy to fit things in them. My Samsung Galaxy fits easily in all the zippered pockets. I can put my wallet, glasses and a small paper calendar in this purse, along with nail file, nail clippers, lip gloss, aspirin, etc. Very pleased with it. Not too small and not too large and bulky either. I find the price quite acceptable too for such a unique handbag.

This is so adorable. I love that it's upcycled. The stitching is high quality. I'm very picky about my bags, they need to be unique, and best of all with this bag, I like my cross bodies to have a strap that is wide. I can fit my large wallet, coin purse (it's a wristlet), my xl phone, keys and my kids still manage to put random things in it. So so so cute and versatile.
