Good for noise reduction
Used this material to line the inside of my windows to block cracks. Reduced noise from nearby highway significantly. Considering how cheap this material is, I could do my whole second floor for 40$ and it's definitely worth that to have a bit more silenceObviously loud vehicles are unimpacted (as expected) but the constant "woosh" of wind around the vehicles is nearly eliminated. Now it just sounds like a single car goes by every now and then.
