I purchased this in hopes of finding a whitening strip that didn’t hurt my teeth. I saw the reviews for this, and honestly was a little skeptical, but the price point was really nice so I bought it! I don’t regret it. It’s only been 4 days, and my teeth are much much whiter. Not only that, my teeth don’t hurt or feel sensitive. I used the express strips first, and then switched to the professional. I also use the mouth wash twice a day. I will say, after the first two days, I also paired it with the Guru Nanda whitening toothpaste to get a more even whitening look. I love the toothpaste, and it came with a tongue scraper. All this to say, I’m just a regular person who wanted to write a review to tell you this does work, and you should give it a shot if you’re like me and need something less harsh on your teeth.

I just started using Guru Nanda a couple of months ago. I’d had some recent dental work and my mouth was very sensitive. I like the idea of the two components in the mouthwash (hydrogen peroxide and essential oils) being separate until combined in the cup. It’s been very gentle, tastes great and seems to be doing some whitening as well. It’s pricier than I usually pay for mouthwash but I can’t put a cost on my comfort and overall oral hygiene. Definitely recommend.
